The customer is responsible for providing accurate information in regards to their name, address, phone number, email address and payment details. The customer is legally responsible for issues arising from giving false information.
When submitting work, and prior to a quote being given, the customer is responsible for accurately describing the work to be completed. Failure to do so may result in extra costs if extra work is required.
Chinglish to English is not responsible for the fraudulent use of any credit card, cheque or other payment method that has been used to purchase its services.
Chinglish to English is not responsible or liable for any technical problems resulting from unforeseen problems, such as, but not limited to internet connection or server issues. We will make every effort to contact you should technical problems beyond our control arise that will directly affect our service to any particular customer.
Chinglish to English uses a virus scan and cannot be held liable for the distribution of a computer virus which damages computer hardware or software through the use of our website.
Full payment is required prior to the work being returned to the customer. Changes can still be made once the document has been returned.
The customer agrees to indemnify Chinglish to English, its staff and its website, not responsible or liable for any claims made by a third party in relation to use of the site or service, violation of the terms and conditions as set out in this document, or violation of any rights or infringement of intellectual property of any person or entity by the customer.
Your intellectual property will not be shared, sold or distributed, and your email address or personal details will not be disclosed to anyone. All communications will remain strictly confidential.
